I am SO excited to share today’s edition with you all. I have been debating for the past few days whether or not I even want to share this one because it feels like such a hidden gem that I personally would want to explore further myself before sharing the secret sauce.
However, what’s crazy is that there is SO much opportunity in this space. Extremely fragmented. NO private equity. Tons of on-market opportunities at insane multiples.
IMO this space is attractive to any kind of buyer - a serial acquiror who wants to execute a major roll up thesis or someone who wants this to run on the side of their existing full-time job with a GM in place. Ok enough of the hype, let’s dive in.
